Eight aging motorcyclists traveled to Newquay for a break and stayed at The Griffin. We've visited this area many times but it's the first time for us to stay at The Griffin - We'll be back. Rooms were excellent, evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Be aware that Newquay is rather rowdy at night due to the bachelor and hen...

A lovely room, clean and modern. A very nice shower room with instant hot water. The staff are very friendly and took notice of our request when we booked. The breakfast was superb with ample to chose from, all served fresh and cooked to order. I can not say a bad word about the place.

A really nice place, lovely food, friendly staff. Best meal out we've had in 2 weeks. No long waits, only issue was we ordered garden peas instead of minted peas but they didn't come. However that won't stop me from giving 5 points because the whole experience was fantastic I would recommend the griffin to anyone.

The reviews of this hotel speak well of this pub-style inn but I am unsure why this is. Rather than do a rant I will list the positives and negatives. + Good location - right in the centre of Newquay, access to all the beaches, shops, bars, restaurants in just seconds on foot. + Free parking - no reservation +...
