Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a coy of nights just to get away while she was off work and as an early valentines We upgraded to a room with a sea view and were not disappointed, the view was breathtaking and the sound of the waves at night lulled us off to sleep The room was nice and...

We were treated to yet another amazing sea view room there was a high tide during the night so we could hear the waves crashing against the rocks. A lovely room peaceful , spacious bright and light. Although the room was right at the back of the hotel it was worth the small walk via the lift. The cleaner came...

This hotel was set in a beautiful location and our room had views to die for. Toiletries and drink facilities in the room were just perfect. The bed was warm and comfy, we even had to turn the heating off as the room was very warm even though we had flakes of snow outside. Would definitely return again. The stairway...

We paid extra for a sea view and were not disappointed (see photo). The beach is magnificent close up as well. We had a car park spot reserved (this is very handy given the town centre location) and the reception staff were very friendly throughout our stay. The room was a little dated and one of the windows did not...

This is a charming old hotel with stunning views of the beach and sea. My room was 226, which was a large size, with king bed (the mattress was a bit too soft for me), sitting area, vanity/desk, dresser, wardrobe closet and tea/coffee maker. The bathroom was up-to-date and had a wonderful heated towel rack. The water pressure was rather...

Stopped in the adjoining bar to the Great Western and enjoyed a very pleasant drink and cake! Bar staff were very friendly, coping with three generations! We did not visit the hotel as such but if it was as pleasant as the bar it should be very good!

Stayed here for one night room very dusty, toilet could have been cleaner, no shower curtain, so difficult not to get water all over the floor even though it was a good shower. I think the room had been out of service & had not been freshened before being let again.
