We had a lovely stay at The Three Tees Hotel. Fiona and Greg made us feel very welcome. Our son had lots of space to run around. As we were in the annex. The breakfast was great. We would stay here again.

A lovely friendly, clean and welcoming hotel, very conveniently positioned for both beaches and town. Dogs are very welcome. Off street parking which is useful as you only need the car once there and once home again, as the walk into town is so pleasant.

The hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from Newquay town centre. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and make you feel at home. Breakfasts were delicious and freshly cooked each morning. Highly recommended!

We stayed here in August for three nights, and had a fantastic time! The owners were extremely friendly and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. This b&b is near to the most beautiful beaches (as long as you don't mind stairs!) and is a beautiful part of Cornwall! We absolutely adored Lusty Glaze beach which was a five minute...

We stayed here in early July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. The owners were very helpful on information on places to visit. Our room was very nice and spotlessly clean. A bit of a walk to town which could be a problem if you have trouble with walking. For us it was not a problem. Breakfast was...
