we had booked a family weekend break here, we stayed in a 6-8 berth caravan which was spotlessly clean and almost all the kitchen utensils were brand new, we had a problem with the cooker not working but after we reported it to the reception an engineer promptly turned up and we were assured it would be fixed as soon...

We're currently staying here at Newquay Holiday Park and we're impressed in someways and disappointed in others. I'll begin with what we're impressed with. *Fairly smooth check in, although the receptionist didn't realise we paid for the priority arrival. *The site itself is well presented with pretty plants and the caravans are nicely spaced out with private parking. *The restaurant...

I had such a fantastic time at the park, the facilities where fantastic. Shame about the pool being shut as we had small children that was very disappointed about this. The evening entertainment was absolutely amazing! We came across one of the entertainers Kieran who put 110% into keeping everyone entertained. He made everyone feel welcome, also was a great...

We did have a problem with the hot water on arrival, which was fixed within 5 minutes of being reported. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and Scott and the entertainment krew...

If you want rest, relaxation and sleep DO NOT COME HERE! Arrived Monday evening and planned a lie in Tuesday, which would be my first one since October, workmen had other ideas, woken early by machinery to dig up the road around the caravan! This morning (Wednesday) woken at 7.30am by lorries arriving to move caravans that they insist on...

Newquay in March.... What a mish mash of weather. Stayed at Parkdean holiday Park which is a couple of minutes drive to the beaches and town. The town itself, is not a sea side town, in fact it's a bit of a dive but the beaches are just stunning, especially if you have the right weather. Parkdean is a lovely...

So we arrived Saturday at 4pm we had been in the accommodation no more than 10 minutes when someone knocked to say was all ok? Well obviously we hadn't even got in so we said yes, the accommodation itself was dirty and the plates etc all had dust on them, the inventory clearly hadn't been checked as we had numerous...

Fantastic holiday park. Very polite and friendly staff. Staff could not do enough for you. Locals very friendly. Only drawback was the hill up to reception. Really need a car for this holiday unless you are fit.
