One night stay only, but enough time to form my opinion of this lovely B&B. Friendly greeting, comfortable bed, VERY filling and tasty breakfast. Private bathroom just down the hall ( but there is a sink in the bedroom), and I believe that all the other rooms are en-suite. Parking nearby was no problem. Attention to detail was very evident...

The owners were very welcoming and helpful. My single room on the top floor had obviously been converted from the attic space at some stage but it was very comfortable and well appointed with a very nice en suite shower. The breakfasts were excellent and I would be very happy to stay there again or to recommend it to friends...

Really welcoming owners and a lovely room. Located on a quiet street and an easy walk to excellent restaurants in Penzance and Newlyn (the owner can provide recommendations and directions). Breakfast was delicious with a choice of hot cooked breakfasts including smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on a bagel. An ideal base for visiting West Cornwall including walking the coast...

Lovely hosts, welcome etc. Our bedroom had a four poster with a very comfy mattress and we both slept well. Breakfast was really tasty. About the only negative is the WiFi isn't very strong in certain parts of our room. We'd love to come back here.

A lovely B&B in a quiet residential area of Penzance. The owners are great - really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, lots of tasty local and organic produce, they cater for vegetarians and other dietary needs too.

Just returned from a week driving round Cornwall and staying in several B&Bs. The owner welcomed us very warmly. The rooms are lovely and we had a sea view. We were able to come and go as we please. It's an ideal setting either for a relaxing break, lovely walks or driving to surrounding areas such as Lands End, Porthcurno,...

I booked this B&B based on its Tripadvisor reviews and was not disappointed. Pretty much a perfect stay. Our hosts were welcoming and even gave us great tips about things to do (the dining room has a great collection of guide books too). The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. If I had to name the best thing it would...
