My mother are I ate at The Dolphin - the food was lovely and the waitress and bar staff very attentive. Our total bill was very reasonable and hugely good value for money. We will be back for sure. I hope next time when I visit I will be able to stay the evening.

We have stayed in this tavern twice now, and it has always been really good. The food is amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful. It is so convenient for the town, the railway station and the bus station, and also if you want the Isles of Scilly ferry. The beach is just around the corner. An excellent place...

Just spent a three day break here . Fully endorse others comments about the Dolphin. Staff are all so welcoming and genuine , the food is amazing (mushroom sizzler yummy). We had room no 1 which was large and comfortable and warm with a bath in the good sized bathroom . It overlooked the sea. Will certainly return here when...

My wife and I returned to the Dolphin for a meal after trying a couple of times previously. Our previous visits were not the best experiences with regards to the food but I'm happy to say this occasion was far better. We both had a main course only and stayed for a few drinks afterwards. The food was very good...

Well all i can say is this place is superb, we came to Penzance on the over night sleeper from Paddington. We arrived at the Dolphin about 8.30am, just to drop our bags off (My Wife had called in advance if this was ok). We was greeted by Richard with open arms asked if we wanted a coffee and breakfast...

I stayed with a friend for three nights in Penzance and we ate here every night as the service and the food was so good. The staff are obviously well trained and took our order within minutes of arrival. Despite being busy we were served very promptly. the food was excellent too. Highly recommended!!

Delicious morning and evening meal menu-best full English breakfast n cooked to order egg on toast ever!! A comfortable room with excellent shower room, plus a stunning view of Mount's Bay. Complete with faultless customer service. A must for those who love the cornish coast and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and close public transport links. Thanks for making our honeymoon...

After a long drive we were glad to arrive at the Dolphin. We were given a warm welcome and helped with our luggage to our room. Room 2 overlooks the front of the pub and is over the bar but don't let that put you off. A very large room with full size bathroom. The proprietor had kindly reserved us...

It is a traditional british pub, full in the evenings, but really heart warming and lovely service. We had a rest after a long trip from St Mary's and had a dinner. Would reccommend for a hot drink too!
