Having been able to enjoy Glenis' and Dick's hospitality has been one highlight of our coastpath walk. Elmsdale Guesthouse is the nicest, cleanest, as well as prefectly maintained and organized B&B you can imagine. Glenis and Dick are the most caring & helpful hosts you could ask for. Right after passing their doorstep we felt really comfortable at their home....

Penzance is a great place to explore the West Cornwall area and the Elmsdale is ideally suited. Friendly owners and nice spacious rooms. If you want advice on where to visit or eat Dick is a good source of local information. Breakfasts are excellent and rooms are spotless. Highly recommended!

Recently stayed at the Elmsdale before and after catching ferry to/from the Isles of Scilly. Spotlessly clean, super ensuite and shower and such a lovely, helpful couple running this lovely B&B in a quiet part of Penzance. Derek recommended Blacks for a meal, which matched expectations.

My mother and I were immediately made to feel at home in this small yet modern and bright B&B. We stayed for five nights in a twin room, which was spacious, comfortable and clean with a fully equipped ensuite. It is conveniently located, just a two minutes' walk to the seafront, around five minutes to the central shops, and ten...

We were in Penzance for a wedding and booked two nights at Elmsdale back in the New Year which was done extremely efficiently and professionally. The directions on the website as to how to find Elmsdale and where to park were spot on! We received a warm welcome and were given a very helpful map to help us get about....

Stayed here as normal b&b full. The owners were both so welcoming and friendly and the bed was really comfortable. I dont think they could have anything more for us. I would recommend this to anyone. Lovely breakfast too. Thank you for a wonderful stay xxxx

We were recommended this B&B on a house purchasing trip to Cornwall and found the owners welcoming, accommodating and very willing to share local knowledge. We came away not just with a gorgeous fisherman's cottage, but also feeling that we had made a great contact for the future. We would certainly recommend this well-appointed and friendly guest house.
