A great place to meet, large bars, oldy rooms with good food and a range of decent beers, barman full of interesting facts about this olde worldy hotel with a great history going back to Nelson and his last battle of traffalgar
A lovely, warm and well stocked bar...great to hide away from the winter chills by the fire. Old school for sure but that's what I like. Pint of Rattler and plate of cheesy chips went down very well indeed. Will return!
This is the weirdest hotel I have ever stayed in!
The view from my room was stunning, however my room was hotter than an oven! Despite turning the heating off and leaving the window wide open I have never been anywhere so hot!
