Stayed in this B&B at the beginning of September and received a very warm welcome from John, very knowledgable about the area and Cornwall, the best places to have dinner, best place to go and visit and how to reach different destinations. My room was a single room on the last floor, modern and clean with a comfortable bed, modern... More

We booked into the Dunedin for a last minute 5 day break of a few days. John and Linda were very helpful with making the booking and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome and give us advice on the local area. We got here and Linda was very welcoming and told us about the area and offered us a map and also a list with places where to eat. The room was great and the breakfast was fantastic and the service super. Thank you for a lovely stay Linda and John!

Excellent stay in a very comfortable room, with as a really good touch at this time of year, a ceiling fan. The breakfasts were lovely, with a very wide range of choices. The proprietor John is very friendly and helpful. Rooms at the back (we were in room 5) quiet, except for the seagulls, unavoidably! I paid by bank transfer... More

We enjoyed our three-night stay at the Dunedin. Our host was helpful and a good source of local information. We had a problem with the wifi on our first morning and that was promptly attended to. Parking was on the street but generally there were spots not too far away along Alexandra Road. Breakfasts were huge and provided a great... More

I had a lovely clean bright room in the attic that was really nice to relax in after being out all day. There were little touches like a pretty tissues box. The breakfast coffee and muesli were very good. I didn't have the cooked breakfast as for me it was too early for a big plate of food however the... More

This B&B is in a good location. It's a short walk to the seafront and shops. The train station is a short taxi ride away and buses can be found nearby. Parking is on the road or nearby car park. The owners are friendly and experienced. Breakfasts are homemade and hearty.
