Great place to stay. Good attention to detail and thoughtful touches. Fantastic breakfasts and enjoyable chats with Antony about things to do in the surrounding area, good restaurants etc. I would stay again. A nice welcome and also wine! x

We stayed for two nights on two recent occasions. Anthony and Tim, as well as their charming little daughter, were the perfect hosts, who made us feel so very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was excellent, giving a wonderful panoramic view of St.Ives. Breakfast choices were equally excellent - in addition to a regular list, there was...

Spotlessly clean accommodation. Excellent breakfasts and great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, made to feel really welcome. Highly recommended this guest house close to centre of town. No parking but there is a car park nearby and free on street parking after 6pm

We stayed in St. Ives for 4 nights and this guesthouse was a pick from the Lonely planet travel guide. Tim and Tony were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious every morning. We stayed in the garden room which was very comformatble and cozy with a French window leading to a nice garden. We also...

The first thing that struck us on our return was that the breakfast room/lounge area had been altered. The dark woodwork of the cabinets had been transformed into white wood and the potted plants had gone. The effect was to make the room airier, lighter and seem more spacious. We were to start off in Room 1, a neat and compact...

Perfect 3 night stay with my daughter before she heads off to University. Stayed in Room 4 which was small but very cosy and had everything that we needed. Antony was a very attentive and helpful host and the breakfasts were delicious. Little Leaf was in easy walking distance of everything in St Ives and we had a brilliant time....

This was our second stay at the Little Leaf and we have already booked up for next year! Run by a wonderful couple who are both so friendly and welcoming. The food is fantastic and the whole guest house is incredibly clean. The views from the house of St Ives are breathtaking and it is located just a short walk...

I've just returned from a 5-day break in St Ives, and have to say that Little Leaf has met and surpassed my expectations. From being welcomed on arrival with a pot of teas to the superbly varied and presented breakfasts and the very approachable and helpful owners Antony and Tim, this was a very memorable stay. The room, which was...

Charming little guest house. Very nice and friendly owner. Room is spacious and very clean. Ideal location, only 5 minute walk from the centre of town. Breakfast is well organised and very tasty. No complaints at all. No parking on site but had no difficulty in finding space in the car park 100 yards away. Thoroughly recommend.
