St Ives is a beautiful town but what really made our stay was the relaxed atmosphere and wonderful hospitality at the Little Leaf Guest House - it's the nicest B&B I've stayed in in England, probably anywhere, for that matter. Everything about Little Leaf was immaculate, from the room itself (pay the extra for room 2, it's worth it!) to...

We found Little Leaf Guest House whilst trawling the internet and decided to book the guest house due to its raving reviews, for a girly few days break away. From the minute we arrived at Little Leaf Lee, Danny and beautiful Darcy made us feel so welcome. We were shown to our lovely bright, clean and airy room which was...

We loved our stay here - 3 nights in September. Lee and Danny were great - very welcoming, and breakfast was always prompt and just what we needed to start the day. We stayed in room 5 which had amazing views and was just right for what we needed. The location is a mere 4 minutes or so walk into...

Just returned from a four day trip to st Ives staying at little leaf. We don't give rave reviews when they're not warrented but this was a cracking little b&b and we had an amazing couple of days. Couldn't fault Little Leaf, room was small but had everything you could want and was spotless and @ £85, super value. Breakfast...

What a little gem of a guest house in a prime location in St Ives. From the minute I made contact I could feel that Danny and Lee were hosts who really cared about their guests. I was greeted with a lovely cup of tea and homemade cookie which was much appreciated after my journey. I was already aware what...

My daughter and I have never been to Cornwall before so when a friend invited us to attend her wedding we jumped at the chance!! Where to stay we asked, the only ' posh' hotel was a ridiculous price and then my father said to look at the guest houses as they were usually good value for money and just...

When we were choosing where to stay my husband was a bit dubious initially as to the reviews being perfect making it sound to good to be true. However they were all correct this is the best b&b we have stayed in. The breakfasts are superb, service is faultless and the hosts gave us great tips on where to eat...

We chose Little Leaf because of the excellent trip advisor reviews - which are completely spot on! Danny & Lee are a lovely couple who do everything they can to make you free welcome. When we got there Danny took our bags for us and explained how things work and made some suggestions for nice resturants and things to do....

Stayed for two nights in August, brilliant location, lovely people, extremely helpful, amazing breakfasts. Try the daily specials especially the huevos! Lovely rooms and short 5mins walk downhill to town. Perfect! Car park just down the road is the only downside but not a problem if you find a space!

This was my first visit to St Ives and Cornwall and chose the Little Leaf based on tripadvisor reviews. Quite often when you stay or visit a place with an expectation you can be disappointed, I wasn’t. Dan and Lee are a lovely couple who work incredibly hard not only at the running of the B&B but also at making...
