Our room was spacious, with a fantastic sea view and a very comfortable bed. However it was very cold and we had to pull the curtains and barracade the sash windows with towels. There was an extra oil heater in there switched on which suggested the staff knew of the problem. We

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We are pleased that you found your room to be spacious, with fantastic sea views and a comfortable bed. Due to the age of the building the windows will let in the occasional draft, however staff would of been able to provided you with addition duvets and heaters. We look forward to welcoming you back to our resort in the near future.

We thought we would write this review because we had such a great weekend at Tregenna Castle courtesy of a Groupon voucher. St Ives is the most picturesque of Cornish towns and Tregenna Castle is very close to it. The driveway has a real wow factor, the grounds are kept

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We are delighted that you found the food in the brasserie to be delicious and the resort to be kept beautifully, with superb sea views and having the 'wow' factor. Your comments regarding the reception staff and also the mattress in room 74 have been passed. We do hope we have the pleasure in welcoming you back in the not to distant future.

On arrival all good . Receptionist was welcoming and interior of reception all fine. We booked into the bistro for even food as the weather was awful. Room was ok, shower not great tbh . View was beautiful. Really enjoyed the food in the bistro but I think it's separately

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. The brasserie is not independently run from the hotel and the food for the brasserie and breakfast comes from the same kitchen. The breakfast is freshly cooked using locally source products. The temperature of the breakfast items are probed throughout the breakfast service. It is upsetting to read that you will not be returning.

We recently stayed using the wowcher deal and we were a little unsure of the quality of our rooms due to mixed reviews on here. We upgraded our room for an extra nights stay prior to visiting to ensure we were happy within the beautiful west wing/four poster bed etc...but actually downgraded upon arrival as we were more than happy with our standard room. Spacious clean and comfortable was all we could ask for with the great deal we received.
