We stayed in a lovely penthouse apartment with the famous artist Sally Firino, last weekend. The apartment was spacious, with very comfortable large beds, a TV in each bedroom, and a smart TV in the lounge, The lounge and balcony had views over the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped including a dishwasher. The reception staff were very helpful. We...

As a couple with two small children we were looking forward to a night off in a swanky hotel with much glee. Alas the St. Ives Harbour Hotel & Spa left us very underwhelmed. The room was average at best for the price, the food was again average and the restaurant cold. To top it off the bed was very...

Stayed there this weekend. Staff friendly and accomodating. Food amazing. Breakfasts first class. Nothing too much trouble. Great walking in the area. Recommend it for a winter treat. Full use of the gym and pool with great views onto the sea. A great venue for families. Friends getting together and a romantic weekend away.

Myself and my husband have stayed here twice, once was back in January 2015 when we visited the hotel on a one night stay to meet the wedding planner and once was on our actual wedding day in August 2016. On our first stay we stopped in a double, standard, inland room. The room, although standard, was beautifully decorated and...

This was an overnight stay to celebrate my wife's birthday. The hotel is situated overlooking the beach and towards the harbour. The road in front of the hotel can become quite busy but the team are very attentive and valet park your car. It's only a short walk down the hill to the centre of town. The receptionist was friendly...

My friend and I visited this hotel for afternoon refreshment, served in their restaurant, which has wonderful views over St. Ives harbour, Porthminster beach and along the North coast of Cornwall. Several people were already there enjoying a full afternoon tea, but we opted for the less expensive Cornish cream tea, of tasty warm fruit scones, with jam, cream and...

Stayed here for two nights. Room was fine lovely view over porthminster beach. Had dinner in the hotel both nights, lovely food but waited 45 minutes between starter and main course due to the ticket being lost in the kitchen. And then on the second night one of our main courses was dropped which resulted in another delay. The staff...

St Ives is a difficult place to park even out of season so having a drop off point right outside the hotel is a good start. Philip the porter appeared and parked the car leaving us to just cross the road and check in (Philip offered to carry the luggage). We had a very friendly greeting and, in fact, without...
