Just returned home from another fantastic and relaxing stay at the Anchorage. The location of the Anchorage is second to none, literally a few seconds walk from the beautiful harbour, shops and restaurants on Fore St and the Wharf. Was a lovely suprise to see that our usual room (Room 3) had just been very tastefully renovated - had the honour...

The Anchorage is a beautiful B&B located right in the middle of St Ives. We stayed in a room on the first floor which was nicely decorated and I just loved sitting on the windowsill watching the busy streets of St Ives. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. The B&B is conveniently located to explore St Ives. Parking is generally a...

I would definitely reccomend the Anchorage. It is set in the heart of St Ives, quite literally a minutes walk to the harbour, the shops, the pub, everything you could want. The room was cosy, comfy and always fresh and clean when we returned from a day out. Chris, the owner is lovely, very friendly and makes an excellent breakfast....

You will not find a better b and b than this. It is a lovely old building in a cobbled street right in the heart of St Ives. Our room was spotlessly clean and the shower was excellent -just what was needed after a hard day's walking. Breakfast was first class. I would not stay anywhere else if returning to...

We stayed here for a couple of nights over the May bank holiday weekend. What a little gem. Our room at the top was immaculately clean, very comfortable with mugs, biscuits (my favourite Viennese fingers) and wine glasses and a view over the rooftops to the harbour. Chris was a charming host, very attentive and on both mornings we enjoyed...

Visiting family in Cornwall we decided to treat ourselves to a night in St Ives. We were upset that we hadn't arranged to stay longer. We stayed in room 2 which was spacious with a cosy charm and immaculately clean. The privacy afforded by a door leading directly onto the cobbled street was an added bonus. Chris was extremely helpful,...
