We recently spent 4 nights at the Nook in St Ives. Our room was at the front of the property with double aspect views to the front and side. We had a large comfortable double bed and there was plenty of storage space in a cupboard, which also served as a wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, and bedside cabinets....

My Dad booked The Nook for a night, but we ended up staying two as our plans changed unexpectedly. John the owner was very friendly and helpful, and only too happy to offer advice on places to go. I was told that the place is painted every year (due to the climate affecting the paintwork) so that meant everything had...

My daughter and I couldn't stay where we usually stay but The Nook turned out to be a bonus! Hidden away in a quiet place at the top of a hill The Nook is a very clean, comfortable place with a modern feel. Our single rooms were small but compact with everything we needed with good quality toiletries (even a...

Instead of buying unnecessary Christmas gifts for each other, we decided to book a few days away for New Year. The Nook, whilst quite expensive compared with other guest houses we've stayed in, was first class. Staff very friendly, room was warm and cosy, very clean and comfortable and the breakfasts very excellent!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was lovely, clean and warm (if not a little to warm but that was soon rectified by letting in the sea air). Breakfast was nice. Very nice host. Parking available at cost of £2.00 per night. 10 minute walk to the harbour and town but 15-20 minute walk back due to the...

Cozy and clean B&B with a great breakfast, vegetarian option is also available! If you don't mind up hill walking (around 10 minutes from the town), it's really recommended! The owners are really helpful and friendly!

We stayed there one night, during our trip from penzance to St Yves. They accomodated perfectly for our late check in in a very smooth way. Plenty of space to park. Easy to locate. Very central. Cosy and quiet. We got the groud floor room. Super spacious with a big bed, sofa, dressing, all kind of amneties and a very...

We recently spent a few days in St Ives and stayed at The Nook. On arrival, the owner of the B & B was welcoming and friendly. Despite being advertised as a double room, it was rather small with very little room either side of the bed, in honesty, it was no more than a single, with a double bed...
