Very well presented guest house. We loved the independent feel where you were greeted at breakfast and asked about your day and things you were up to. But other than if you had a question to ask you were then left as if it was your own home for the rest of your stay. The hosts went above and beyond...

We were recommended to this guest house by my parents, it didn't disappoint one iota ! The attention to detail , friendliness, helpfulness, cleanliness was second to none. To return from a busy day out to clean/ made bedding, fresh towels and a tea tray that offered so many options to drink, with little biscuits also, nothing was too much...

We have stayed in a few different hotels and guest houses in St Ives and Carbis Bay. I think this is probably now our favourite! Mr Rook was very helpful on our arrival by allowing me to park temporarily in front of his garage as the previous occupier of our room had failed to return the car park permit (it...

the location of the guest house is on a raised terrace about 5 feet above the road. on entering the premises you are greeted by quite jovial mine host. Ron Rook who helped us up to our room which was immaculate and well presented. The room overlooked the bus terminal with a lovely view of the bay and beach. Rons...

Cannot rate this guest house enough! Amazing, artistic, characteristic and charming accommodation, smelt wonderful as soon as we walked through the door and every aspect of the decor well thought out and intriguing. We stayed here for one night to go to a wedding in St Ives, the view from the room and the room itself was so outstanding that...

The location is very central and right across the street from one of the beaches and the bus terminal. The owners are very nice and the breakfast was great (the owner is very accomodating and will make just about anything you want for breakfast - full English breakfast or kippers, mackerel etc. I am not a fish eater for breakfast...

We had a really great 4 night stay here recently. Ron, Barbara and Sue looked after us superbly. Ron, himself, is a very entertaining character. Tells you exactly what he thinks and could never be described as 'shy'. But all in the nicest possible way. Plenty of choice for breakfast which was beautifully cooked. When you have nearly finished eating,...

This is a lovely B&B perched high up overlooking the harbour and a few minutes' walk from the railway station. Very comfortable king-size bed, pleasing modern decor and all scrupulously clean. Our host, Ron Rook (geddit?) could not have been friendlier, and serves a generous breakfast with plenty of choice. The downside? St Ives bus station is right opposite, rather...
