Lamorna Lodge is very well run by Joanne and her husband and the rooms are always very clean and comfortable. This was my second stay whilst visiting family and it was as good as ever. Breakfast catered for every taste and on sunny mornings you can eat outside. Excellent cream teas on the terrace in late afternoons!

Very warm welcome and cuppa before being shown to our room. The hotel is lovely, the owners charming and we loved that we could walk to St Ives from here and then catch the train back (1 stop from St Ives). Lovely beaches and lovely weather. The only problem we had was that the room was too small for us....

We spent three nights with our hosts and wished it could have been more! Everything about the place is very well run and Joanne was extremely welcoming. The food (thanks Richard) was first class and the choice was amazing considering this is a small family run hotel. The position of the property is superb, set high up above the sea,...

This is a wonderful place to stay in a stunning location just outside of St Ives with beautiful views across Carbis Bay. Joanne makes her guests very welcome with offer of refreshments before showing you to your room; we had a 3 night stay in Room 10 which is lovely and furnished to a very high standard. A short walk...

I had a wedding at the very expensive carbis bay hotel on may bank holiday, so we chose to make a little holiday out of it and found this b&b to stay in. We had a lovely weekend, bit of a walk up a very steep hill from the beach! But st. Ives was a 5 min drive and the...

We booked to stay in the Lamorna after our original choice of hotel became unavailable and we were glad it did because everything about the Lamorna was first class. We arrived early and thought we would be cheeky and try and check in. Joanne the owner was more than welcoming and sat us in the lounge area with fresh coffee...
