Visited here for lunch yesterday after remembering it from years ago! Burger was raw and burger bun was hard as rock! The turkey and ham pie was fine but the vegetables had been boiled to bland oblivion! Sat in the garden as the main lounge was tatty - got eye balked by a tied up Boxer dig all meal and...

We were visiting Exeter University and needed an overnight stay. An internet search took me to the coutyard and having looked at the site and the photos a phone call later it was booked. A very friendly welcome, a huge room overlooking the valley, comfortable beds(my daughter had a sound nights sleep on the sofa bed) tea & coffee. Breakfast...

We arrived to an enthusiastic welcome and showed to our room which overlooked the valley, WHAT A VIEW! The doors opened up onto a raised patio then the lawn which had garden furniture that we could sit out on, which we did with a nice cup of tea. Massive garden with colourful chickens wandering around. The room was very spacious...

We arrived at the courtyard unsure of what to expect. From the moment we arrived we were treated exceptionally well. The room was spacious and airy and the view was spectacular over the valley.
