The staff are lovely, the room was clean and functional and the hotel is ideally placed for both stations and all the shops, restaurants, etc in town. Great value - book it, you'll be glad you did! A great little hotel!

Hotel is well sign posted. Lift only goes to second floor, we still had two flights of stairs to get to our room. While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were like concrete. The breakfast was nothing special. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Visited on Saturday- what a disappointment-when I arrived the staff were shouting at each other out the back office-the towel rail was not connected so the bathroom was cold-towels old and need replacing-water was Luke warm so could not have a bath-but breakfast was good...More
