My son and I stayed at this lovely farmhouse on our charity cycle ride from Sussex to Land's End. The owner made us feel so welcome and the accommodation was extremely comfortable and breakfast quality was outstanding. She was even kind enough to drive us to the local pub that evening. Highly recommend to anyone passing through this part of...

Anthea is a very welcoming host along with her cats!!! Room warm, comfortable, peaceful - home from home. Breakfast plentiful with enjoyment of home made bread and garden grown fruit - a nice touch of garden sweet peas fragrancing the room. A very relaxing happy stay - definitely keep the details for return visit.

We stayed one night on our way to Cornwall. Anthea made us very welcome and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable . We had a large ensuite bathroom - corner bath and shower unit. Anthea cooked us a delicious full English breakfast with homemade bread . There was a bowl of fresh raspberries from the garden which were delicious....

Perfect setting, so peaceful, with far-reaching gentle views, and spacious, thoughtfully furnished very clean rooms. Plus the kindness of the welcome (not just our host, but the horse and the three farm cats too) and the simply fantastic breakfasts Anthea cooked us that made our stay so memorable, all the ingredients fresh, local and so tasty. Top quality fine tea...

Everything about Anthea's B&B is perfect. Convenient to Exeter, quiet, comfortable, spacious and calming. Breakfast is a joy in the large dining room. The rooms are well equipped and spotless. Anthea is charming and welcome to a fault. What a delight in a busy working week.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. Anthea is a lovely host, the breakfast was scrumptious and the beautiful gardens were great for our dog. Our room was huge and very comfortable - would definitely recommend and hope we can return ourselves soon. Vic and Hilary

We only stayed one night but wished our visit had been longer. This is a very special B&B. Anthea gave us a warm welcome and served tea and biscuits in the sitting room on arrival although we could have made our own in the large cosy bedroom. The farm is hidden away in the quiet countryside near Exeter airport but...

Tucked out of the way but very convenient for all things in or close to Exeter. This is how a B&B should be - comfy, homely, exceptionally clean and with a cracking breakfast - ticked all those boxes and we'll be back next time we need to stay in the area.

Sadly we were only able to stay for one night at this lovely B and B. However we were made very welcome, as was our dog! The room was spacious and the bathroom very luxurious. The full English breakfast was excellent and we were directed to a very good local pub for a pleasant evening meal. On the whole it...
