This was my second visit to Lee House & once again it did not disappoint. It was because of the most fantastic stay I enjoyed here with my husband that I chose to return with my two sisters for two nights. Ken and Caroline welcomed us like old friends and that warmth continued for the rest of our stay. Our...

Lee House is a lovely place to stay. Not only because my room was so welcomingly pretty, immaculately clean and toasty warm on a blustery day, with added extras such as shower gel, body lotion, white, fluffy towels and fresh milk for your tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room, but because the hosts, Ken and Caroline, are such...

Excellent B&B. Our room faced the main road through the village but there was no traffic noise and it had good views of the hills around Lynton. Very welcoming, excellent breakfast with wide choice, comfortable room. Stayed several days.

The room was excellent with stunning views across Lynton and Exmoor, a huge comfy bed and excellent facilities. The hosts, Caroline and Ken, go...

Six years and six stays at Lee House and we are never disappointed. Perfect situation, beautiful view, immaculate rooms, comfy beds, excellent breakfasts and, best of all, lovely, welcoming owners, Ken and Caroline. We continue to highly recommend this lovely b and b as a great base for exploring Exmoor, north Devon and West Somerset.
