We stayed two nights in the Colossus double room with en suite shower. Emma and Michael are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, full English. The bed was comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities in room. TV. Toiletries. White fluffy towels. Lovely quiet room. The guest house is situated in the heart of the village with parking right outside. Two...

Stayed for a two night break. Run by a great couple, Emma and Mick, who made us feel very welcome. Lovely room and a plentiful home cooked breakfast. Lynton is a fantastic location on the stunning North Devon coast. Emma and Mick know the area well and pointed us in the direction of some super walks. Hope to go back...

Emma was lovely - welcoming us with much needed tea and biscuits after our walk across from Porlock Weir. A lovely, comfortable room in the eves of a beautiful Georgian House. Great breakfast to fuel us up and start us on the next day of our walk. Thank you and hope to be back with the rest of my family....

Very comfortable room with period features. We enjoyed our stay for two nights in Blenheim (all of the rooms are named after ships). The rest of the house is very pleasing and we enjoyed the superbly cooked breakfasts. Lynton and the surrounding area is delightful with many places to eat and drink. We did some beautiful walks from the house...

My friend and I stopped for one night as part of a larger tour. She booked, so I can't speak about the admin side, but from what I could tell Emma and Mike were very responsive and nice to deal with. The house is so beautiful and has a spacious feel. We liked our room and had a good night's...

Really comfortable beds, superb en-suite and breakfast worth waking up for! Mike and Emma are really friendly and the house itself feels like a third host - plenty of period charm with a large, cosy lounge and homely breakfast room.

A beautiful Georgian house in the middle of the scenic town of Lynton. A real classy B & B. Hosts Emma and Mike can't do enough to make you feel welcome. Rooms elegant and stylish with all the facilities of a good hotel and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. Thank you for making our New Year very special.

St Vincent is a beautiful old house in a very quiet location. My room was cosy and very clean. The breakfasts were excellent, but best of all, the welcome from Emma and Mike was about the friendliest I've ever had anywhere. I can't recommend this place too much.
