Such a lovely hotel. Arrived in the evening and were quickly shown to our beautifully decorated room with spectacular views. The host was lovely and eager to impart her local knowledge to advise the best places to eat and visit in the local area. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom was well equipped with bath and shower. It is...

The room was clean tidy and well supplied with facilities for the making of drinks. The North Walk which runs outside the hotel leads down to the Valley of the Rocks and gives an unrestricted view out to sea and if you are lucky the sight of a beautiful sunset after dinner. This was the latest of a number of...

The hotel was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you would expect from a small boutique hotel. In addition the scenery was stunning, with the hotel situated overlooking the sea. Our welcome could not have been better from Kerinda, the owner who was friendly & knowledgeable about the area & its amenities. Our room had a sea view, was spacious,...

The decoration of this Victorian house is very pretty and charming. Rooms are large but cozy and beautifully decorated with nice views to the sea. Location is ideal close to town, and short walks to the Picuresque railway station that connects to Lynmouth and to an AWESOME coastal path calledThe Valley of the Rocks, a magical place out of this...

This is the third time we have stayed here and it remains one of our favourite hotels.Beautifully appointed, superb views and completely peaceful. We would recommend without hesitation. Try the coastal walk from the hotel to the Valley of the Rocks. It is unsurpassed.

I recently returned from a short stay at The Seawood Hotel. What a lovely find this hotel was. Location could not be better, with a 2 minute walk through their garden to reach the cliff railway, and beautiful sea views from the room. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. As a Coeliac, I had total confidence in eating...

Authentic hotel that is Intimate and peaceful, yet only steps to Lynmouth cliff railway or Lynton centre, both via the woodsy backyard garden path in May-bloom rhododendrons. Spectacular walking in all directions right from door. Owner Kerinda helped us book, advised on walking paths, kindly "pulled strings" for last minute horse riding on moor. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms include bathtubs (for...
