By the title of my review, this is really all you need for an overnight stop. We had a twin room at the rear which was clean, a decent size and with everything you needed in it, even proper glasses. It was actually really quiet at night which was a bonus. The owners Karen and Ray are really genuine people...

Ray and Karen made me very welcome. I love the location of the hotel because it is walking distance from all amenities including the Hoe, the Barbican and town centre and you don't need a car. The parking is great for those who do because you get a permit and it is much cheaper than putting money into a meter....

Another excellent stay at the Seymour Guest House. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Ray and Karen are the friendliest hosts and Ray's breakfast is brilliant. The Seymour is ideally situated for the Barbican and it's only a short walk to the city centre. Our room was as clean, tidy and as good as ever. Will definitely be here staying...
