We stayed in this lovely guest house as we were visiting Plymouth for a show. We were given a great welcome by Rob who provided us with a parking permit for the duration of our stay for £2 which was really great as we then didn't need to worry about the car and meter tickets. He also explained about breakfast... More

Booked into The Barbican reach for one night. Rob and Sue are fabulous hosts. The room was excellent, clean and tidy. The breakfast was brilliant. Rob recommended the navy special, cheesy hammy eggy that looked and tasted great but the traditional breakfast was awesome with the best black pudding I have ever tasted.

Lovely, quiet location yet just a short walk to the town centre. We were able to park on the small road outside the hotel. Great breakfast, welcoming hosts. Stayed with family members last year and forgot to review it. Would stay here again.

We stayed with Rob and Sue for a couple of nights. The guest house is in a fantastic central location, the rooms are clean and spotless, and the breakfast included a wide range of choices, including some Navy specials from Rob...try his Barbican Raft. Thanks for making us so welcome...highly recommended.

Great hosts, made us feel very welcome on our short stay. The rooms spotless and well looked after. Breakfast was on point with a varied menu that pleased the whole family. Would recommend staying here as it's really great value, good location and parking right out front is ideal!
