Guest house was excellent, hosts Rob and Sue were very friendly, room was very good and hosts were very helpful. Food was good and you could eat as much as needed. Location was superb for visiting the Hoe and the Barbican and City Centre was within easy walking distance. Only downside could be parking, but that appears to be an...

Rob and Sue run a charming and small B&B with clean, airy rooms - the situation is right by the bars and restaurants on the Barbican so it is the perfect base to so some exploring. The morning breakfast was delicious too

Wonderful guest house, rooms are spotlessly clean, only 1 minutes walk away from pubs restaurants etc. Their legendary breakfasts are gorgeous and cooked to order. It's a lovely place run by Rob and Sue a lovely couple, nothing is too much trouble for them - thank you both.

The rug in my bedroom looked new, the sheets were new and comfortable, and the bathroom was spit spot clean. The owners are hospitable and thoughtful, and sincerely...

I confess to knowing the owner of this guest house but had never stayed there. His descriptions of his house are not exaggerated. It is simply a superb guest house offering a wonderful welcome great rooms and equally impressive breakfast menu. I cannot say much more than try it you will not be disappointed.

We used the Barbican Reach for an overnight stay visiting the kids who are living down in Plymouth whilst studying. This B&B is ideally located so you can walk around the corner and all the bars and eateries are right there. The hosts were very nice, the accommodation was spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable. I cannot comment on breakfast as...
