Had a fantastic stay with Wendy. She's extremely friendly and welcoming, imparting lots of tips about Plymouth as well as gardening tips too. Made me feel very welcome. She also cooks the most amazing cooked breakfast. A good place to start the Devon Coast to Coast

Really enjoyed my stay here this weekend while I attended a wedding locally. The rooms are perhaps a little dated, but well looked after and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable! A really lovely breakfast cooked by Wendy who was a very friendly host. I would certainly stay again when I visit Plymouth next.

This was a cosy littlè guest house, situated within easy walk of the town and the Barbican. Wendy the owner is a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome, the room whilst a little dated is spotless and cosy. We were situated at the back on the ground floor in a nice room with a huge bed, the en-suite...

My booking stated that a full breakfast was included and previous reviews on breakfast were good, however when I got up there was no one around and the dining room was locked. I phoned and texted the owner with no reply. I then met a fellow guest who thought it was hilarious that i was expecting breakfast stating 'No you...

We stayed here for one night because we were going to watch music at Plymouth pavilions which is just around the corner so a great location. When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly service. Our room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was really good and we were really happy with our stay.

Travelled to Plymouth to visit son at uni and stayed overnight here. We booked a double ensuite and a single with shared bathroom. There was parking outside on the road free between 4pm and 10am. The landlady, Wendy, was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and warm. Enough room in each. The ensuite was clean and everything worked well....

The proprietor was extremely helpful and accommodating in every way. To be honest the rooms are dated but at these prices that is being picky as it is clean, tidy and the breakfast was lovely. Location is 50 yards from the sea and 5 minutes to the Hoe. Would definitely recommend for an economic stopover but perhaps not best to...

room was double booked! - it would appear the proprietor didn't put my telephone booking " on the system!" The subsequent booking via expedia took priority and I was left with nowhere to stay the night before my daughter's graduation. Unbelievable! If you need to be sure of somewhere to stay don't go here!
