Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Far from it being an hotel it is more like a Motel as car parking is in front of the accomodation blocks and the reception/'restaurant' is in a seperate building. It is a very sad looking site drasticly needing a complete makeover. The rooms are drab and in poor decorative...

I have stayed here a few times mainly because it's fairly cheap and clean, that's the good bits. Now the negatives; (1) unless you are staying on the ground floor at the back there is a lot of road noise through the night which would be unbearable in the summer if you wanted the window open (2) the bed is...

Thank you for your review. I am pleased that you have decided to stay at Ibis Plymouth several times. I am sorry that you don;t find our 'Sweet Bed by Ibis' comfortable. The beds are all new and have proved very popular with the majority of our guests. We hope that this will not deter you from staying with us...

Very comfortable clean hotel, a little way out of the City Centre but a lot better value than the City Centre Hotels. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with doors that open onto an outside terrace, Motel Style. Breakfast is excellent and plenty of choice

Ideal for a stopover either leaving a ferry or joining a ferry. Not too far from the port. However, it was difficult to find in the dark and the rain. Satnav sent us past what should have been the turnoff. OK once you know where it is. Basic accommodation but clean and central heating good as it was very cold...

The accommodation is very poor but it is quite cheep so when you book don't be too suppressed when you turn up its as poor as it is, as I did! The food was great and well presented by people that believe presentation and quality is important to its visitors.

This Ibis has a lot going for it. convenient, comfortable and clean. Interesting layout but no long airless corridors. Eatery good enough with a simple evening menu and a fairly basic breakfast. Staff efficient and cheerful. Car park spacious

This is a 2 star hotel, so facilities have to be considered with that in mind. That said, I've been using this hotel out of convenience for business now for 5 years. Rooms are actually rarely particularly cheap these days, but the main issue right now is how shabby overall the rooms and bathrooms are. I can't say how long...

Stayed for one night for business, struggled to find it as the postcode does not take you direct to location so had to give them a call to get directions. Basic and more chalet type accommodation but clean. Disappointed no vending machines and limited snacks and refreshments available from bar after long journey. Breakfast of a basic hot Buffett standard...

This is definitely a motel. Rooms are situated around the car park in a old style. No access if disabled. Rooms are basic and mattresses thin. Location wise it's in an industrial park and a bit rough around the edges. There's similar priced hotels in Plymouth centre that are better so you can avoid the whole "get what you pay...

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with the style of the hotel. I would like to reassure you that despite being on a slope, we do have accessible rooms and that the irons are attached to the boards for ease of carrying. It is true that the hotel is situated near a retail...

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst doing my direct access motorcycle course just down the road. Cheap, cheerful, clean and more motel than hotel. Can't complain, you get what you pay for. Perfect for my needs.
