For the price we paid, I didn't expect the best hotel in Devon. Although I expected polite staff and a clean tidy room. The receptionist was very rude and rushed our check-in after travelling all day. The room was very dirty and stains on pillows/bedding. On booking.com breakfast was supposedly including in the rate we paid, although they told us...

Stayed here for one night and the hotel was clean and tidy if in need of a little updating. The room was a little cold but a heater was provided. I have to mention the young lad at reception was very helpful and friendly even with us arriving very late at night.

Don't go near the place! After having been double book by some kid all of 19 ! Told me the room I was in after arriving back that night had been changed to another one with no ensuite but the same price and all my gear had been moved ! ! Questioned this young Git which upset him ! And...

Stayed here for one night, I was told on arrival that breakfast was not included in the price I was quoted. I saw two different members of staff who weren't very welcoming at all! The room was on the top floor with a painted window in the ceiling! The bed was rock hard, with a cigarette burn in the duvet...

We enjoyed our stay at St Rita's and would stay here again. I was worried after reading all the terrible reviews on here but needn't have been. Our room was spacious, very clean, the bed was comfortable. We had a good hot shower, tea making facilities, a working tv with all the channels. We even had a good view of...

We stayed at St. Rita on 22nd July -23rd July. This hotel is a cheap Bed and Brekfast, therefore we expected basics and nothing more. The Hotel provided us with two double rooms, next to each other, both with en suite. Both rooms were clean and spacious, a little wear and tare but appart from that cannot fault. For the...

In 40 years staying in hostels, b&bs and hotels around the world I have never had such appalling service. I was moved from 1st room when I found tv didn't work into room with matresses but no bedding, and another non functioning tv. When I explained I needed the tv, to help get to sleep at 4pm to cover traffic...

I visited the st rita hotel on 17th June 2016, when I first pulled up to the hotel i was shocked at the "private parking" that was described online, it was a small garage at the back of the hotel that could fit in around 3-4 small cars, also because of this shambles of a car park i ended up...

This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel whilst visiting Plymouth to see Rod Stewart. The first time we stayed the landlord Terry showed us to a room with leopard print wallpaper which we loved being Rod fans! We decided to stay again this time as it is so convienient to Home Park,Train Station and Shops...

Visited as we were attending concert in nearby Home Park. Price was almost DOUBLE usual tariff. Room was en suite, a joke, two grubby looking towels, no hairdryer, no bathroom accessories, sloping ceiling in room, when you are over 6 feet, that is a problem. One easyish chair, and television with terrible reception on anything other than BBC. Double bed,...
