The room and facilities are just as expected. The sound insulation for the main road was excellent and you could easily forget it as there. The main issue was the food. We dined in the hotel on one evening' two adults and a teenager. Three basic starters were ordered, only two arrived. What made this even more laughable was that...

The air-con didn't work in the room, so it became uncomfortably hot during the night, making it difficult to sleep even in Feb. There was also a lot of noisy as the walls and ceiling were paper thin. People walking around in the room above at 6am sounded like a herd of elephants, added to this the security door to...

Hi Duncan91 Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. At Premier Inn it is our aim to make our guests feel brilliant through a great night’s sleep. I am sorry that on this occasion we failed to provide this due to the heat issue in your room. Your experience was far below our usual high...

This hotel is really good. Nice, clean and modern. It's a bit of a walk from Plymouth city centre but it's near the harbour. The staff were quite helpful. I would use again if I ever come back in Plymouth. Good value for money and would recommend.

The service at Sutton Harbour was fabulous from start to finish, very friendly staff and the room and bathroom were clean. However, we slept really badly due to the heating being at tropical levels. Even with a window open it was uncomfortably hot and it's February! By morning we felt delirious with lack of sleep and over-heating. A point to...

Hotel in a great location, close to all amenities. Ideal if you want to pop over to Drakes Circus for some shopping (as we did). Barbican also close by. Usual Premier inn facilities and level of cleanliness excellent. Breakfast is good and sets you up for the day. Second stay here, and would definitely stay again when in need of...

I was kept up by very loud people above me in their room. It felt like I was in the same room with them the walls were that thin. I didn't feel safe in this establishment at all.. Everyone who walked through the corridor can be heard and there were children running about late at night and early in the...

The hotel and room were nice! Got woken up early sat morning by a drunk couple in the early hours which I looked past as that can happen. Then on Sat night/Sunday morning woken up at 5am by what sounded like a herd of elephants above me. Floorboards banging and creaking until atleast 8.30am. Receptionist just apologised but am absolutely...

Although this hotel would never win awards for architectural design it is in a great location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, national aquarium and Sutton Harbour itself. Great choice for the visitor without a car and taxis reasonably priced , would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent service from all staff! A big thank you to Katie who was amazing on the day of my departure 30/01/16. I somehow managed to get a parking ticket on the premises for the morning I was driving home. Katie sorted out the issue immediately and also gave me a reassuring call a few hours later to confirm it had...
