I would like to take the time to congratulate premier inn - Sutton harbour on their outstanding levels of customer service. The reception team, (especially Daren) went above and beyond their duties to help myself and a friend whilst a bad situation arose. Due to unforeseen circumstances myself and friend ended up spending a lot of time in the reception...

The room was clean, the view out over the harbour was fabulous. The staff and food were lovely, the only thing I would say is there could be a few more vegetarian options on the menu. Other than that it was brilliant, I would stay there again.

Good location for the city and university. Very impressed with the attentiveness of all the staff here. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good apart from the unappetising limp pink bacon which found inedible. A grab handle for safety when entering and leaving the shower over bath would be a helpful standard.

Stayed here with my wife whilst getting our daughter into Plymouth University. Car parked without problem, although we did arrived just after 2pm, but it did fill up later. Originally allocated a room at the back, but I asked to be away from the road and so we were changed to Room 321 overlooking the front without any hesitancy. Room...

I am a keen advocate of Premier Inns and this one was no exception. The facilities were spotlessly clean, the room large and airy, the bed very comfortable and, as the advert says, we had a good nights sleep. The big plus for this hotel was its location...an easy walk to all the main tourist attractions. The car park is...

The hotel is located down by the waterfront. There is a good range of restaurants and pubs just a short walk away, and the city centre is about 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are a reasonable size, and are clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient, and the breakfast was tasty, with a good range of food...

Ideal location, very central and in walking distance of the Barbican, city centre and University. Only issue is the small car park (which gets very full) even though you can use the Premier Inn's car park next door (not sure why the Premier Inns are next to each other). Try and get a room overlooking the water as the rooms...

It is vey close to the mayor tourist attractions of town. We were there on our way to Cornwall. You can walk next to the Marina to get to the main restaurant and the park with the lighthouse. The room was clean and comfortable. It's also great that they provide free parking on site. It was a good price in...

The premier Inn at Sutton-in-Ashfield harbour Plymouth was the usual high standard you would expect. Nice friendly staff, very good rooms, on site parking and restaurant. Good breakfasts. Very good rooms.

First impression can last a life time, well when I walked in here I was greated by a big smile and a warm hello how are you. Fantastic american style service at last in the UK. Walking into the room it smelt clean, and I did my normal checks, and the room was spotless, this is a pleasent suprise. Breakfast...
