Wouldn't stay at this Jury Inn again unless only hotel that has rooms. For a four star I was disappointed in the serve in the restaurant. Tables are never completely cleared, cleaned and ready for the next guest. The starter prawn with horseradish dip was an insult as it only had 2, that's right 2 king prawns. I and my...

I've stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks now, each time 2 or 3 nights per week. The check-in staff (in the evening) are pleasant however the check-out staff (in the morning) are unfriendly. The restaurant and bar staff seem out of their depth, either ignoring customers, getting orders wrong, or providing them with incorrect information. I was told by...

We stayed at Jury's Inn, Plymouth for one night when visiting Plymouth University with our daughter. It is ideally located for both the University and the town centre and was warm, clean and comfortable... everything we needed for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only small disappointment was the pay and display car parking which I...

Excellent hotel. Parking a little frustrating but not their fault. Would highly recommend :-) Staff were lovely, room was great and breakfast was really nice. We paid a good price as we are a member but would be worth the full price.

From the outside the hotel is not impressive but inside there is a sense of calm. The service is excellent, the food in the dining room has many different choices and the beds were so comfortable. Perfectly positioned by the shopping centre.

Me and my wife stayed here for the night as a get away. The room was lovely with a nice big bed. Staff were very friendly. Excellent location to get out and about in Plymouth. We even got a free Costa the next morning and 10% off food and drink in the hotel. Will definitely stay again

This is not the first time we've stayed here and it won't be the last. Lovely room, with a huge bed and a sea view (in the distance). What more could you ask for? Friendly staff. Close to the shopping centre and eateries. 💞
