Fab family room brilliant effective air conditioning loads of space in the room! All clean neat and tidy! Only down side was the traffic noise especially bad on Friday and Saturday night! Would stay there again. Breakfasts were good and up to a high standard.

Stayed at the Premier Inn Torquay for a weekend break in September 2015. Friendly but overworked staff, comfortable bed and room cleaned to a very high standard. Plentiful breakfast, my only gripe is the ubiquitous hash browns instead of fried bread. Some repairs to fabric needed, broken glass gate to outside decking area and peeling paint in restaurant from a...

Spent two nights 4th and 5th of Sept on visit to Torquay to see Ken Dodd at the Princess Theatre. We'd booked early and got a great room with a smashing sea view. The room was bright, airy and very clean with an extremely comfortable bed. The staff we encountered were polite and helpful and the breakfast superb with sausages...

We had a big room on the top floor of the old building, very quiet and a partial sea view. Service during our weeks stay was generally good, though at times the bar staff seemed to be stretched, and on a couple of occasions there were long waits for food in the restaurant. It only affected us once and our...

Don't be put off by the slightly shabby appearance this hotel is a gem in Torquay. We received a warm welcome when we arrived and took the lift up to our room which was clean and fresh looking. We had a lovely side view of the sea and were very surprised at how handy the hotel is for the beach,...

Just across the road from the beach. Very good size rooms and if you are lucky a sea view has a added bonus without being charged extra like most other hotels. Definitely recommend this one and will be back.

Room with windows that you could not open for any fresh air! Restaurant with flaking plaster and paint on walls and ceiling, front entrance with broken wire cables hanging down, rusty steps with paint chipping off, and not a good nights sleep due to such noise from people walking and running in corridor! Staff were nice though. But the biggest...

Large bright room and very clean. Hotel has a brilliant location down at the seafront. Perfect base for a few days in Torquay. Worth paying a little extra for, we found staff friendly and helpful. We had to move to this hotel due to our other guesthouse being a complete dump.

The location of this Premier Inn is fantastic. Central and on the sea front. The service was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. The only slight criticism I would have is the general upkeep and maintenance of the building as you approach Reception and the Restaurant. It looked worn, tired and a little grubby which is such a shame considering...
