Having just come home from this hotel , we were very excited about leaving! This is on a par with Fawlty Towers. This hotel has huge potential but is extremely badly lead and managed . On arrival to our room we were greeted with a bathroom floor full of hair and I asked to move rooms and we were given...

Me (16) and my parents (40's) stayed at this hotel for 5 days during August. Me and Mum shared a room whilst my Dad had a single room. Our room was fairly sized though the single seemed quite small. The main issue with this hotel is that it isn't the cleanest, the shower had odd stains and the carpet was...

Took a short two night break as saw a special offer advertised in Evening Post (Bristol). Lovely stay, food good for this size of hotel, room clean and comfortable. Entertainment (Jemma) who was an amazing singer with lots of personality on Friday night absolutely lovely and much better than we could have expected. Would definitely stay again. Only minor point...

Hotel needs a lot of updating. Holes in the towels and they were only changed on a Wednesday despite needing clean ones before. Meals were terrible for the first few days until the proper chef came back. Portions not very big at breakfast. Jamie was rushed off his feet. Restaurant staff constantly changing. The lift is only in a certain...

Just a one night stay. Room tiny, furniture and TV cheapest you can buy Supposedly dog friendly - the opposite being the truth. Breakfast tiny portions unless you specifically state you want more than 1 small sausage or more than 1 piece of bacon they serve the bare minimum. They allocate tables so you SIMPLY HAVE to use the table...

Stayed overnight in a coach trip. Our room was bright, clean and a lovely size, with one of the mistt comfortable beds I've slept in. The bathroom was clean with a lovely shower. Dinner was nice not a wonderful choice but good and hot. Breakfast was a bit regimented where we were told to sit and wait to be served,...

Well where to start? I don't usually put bad reviews on here but I'll make an exception for this place. My wife and I traveled 100 miles for a weekend away from life, walked in The Anchorage had to clear my throat three times to have the battle axe behind front fest to turn her back and look at me....
