The first room was dirty and dingy. The headboard was falling off one of the beds and behind it you could see the unrepaired hole in the wall. Lots of hair and dust around the floor and ancient TV. Mattresses were well past their best....More

I can't comment on the other bedrooms as didn't go in any others but we did speak with other guests and they they were also unhappy with the bad state of this hotel. THE Burlington dies have a sister hotel in Torquay Ashley Court you could look at their reviews to see if they're any better.
