Not a lot to say about the hotel other than it needs a lot of money spending on a refurbishment. (You get what you pay for).

The hotel although a bit worn out was clean and tidy, the room was fine and very clean with someone cleaning and making the bed every day. Excellent 3 course breakfast and 3 course dinner with about 6 choices of menu for each. All of...More

I can't comment on the other bedrooms as didn't go in any others but we did speak with other guests and they they were also unhappy with the bad state of this hotel. THE Burlington dies have a sister hotel in Torquay Ashley Court you could look at their reviews to see if they're any better.
Good luck x

Unfortunately yes I was there 3rd -10july this year if your lucky you will have a shower in your room which could be attached to the taps . Bed linen clean but rooms were not cleaned every day beds made up and bucket emptied daily I would take cleaning materials with you just in case. we were out all day which helped only saving grace staff friendly food good entertainment nightly there. Hotel is a disgrace and if you have the chance would go elsewhere .
