We stayed four nights in the bay tree in Feb 2017. It is a wonderful place run by a wonderful couple. The place was spotless and the food excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for chris and Karen. We will definitely be re visiting soon.

After two weeks living in assorted hotel rooms this place is an oasis. The beds were so comfortable that for the first time in two weeks we slept like babies! Karen and Chris are helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are delicious, go for the eggs benedict. Thank you for giving us a rest!

On arrival, we were met by the owners Karen & Chris, very pleasant indeed. Everything was explained to us with regards to our stay, and Chris showed us to our room. The house from entering was like home from home for us, so clean & tidy. Our room was lovely, clean & spacious, our en suite was perfect also. We...

We stayed for 5 nights in the Baytree hotel from 17th September to 21st September. Chris and Karen were utterly wonderful, welcoming and hospitable host. They recommended us places to visit/eat which was very helpful. We were picked up and dropped off by Chris in his car as we were travelling by train. On top of that Chris also carried...

Baytree was a lovely neat, clean and tidy family run hotel in Torquay. Chris and Karen were very personable and always full of suggestions and recommendations of places to vist, restaurants to try and walks to take. Would definitely stay with them again.

We stayed at the Baytree for four nights 15 to 19 Sept. 2016. The owners Chris and Karen were extremely freindly, greeting us with tea and coffee upon arrival. The room we had No.7 was very spacious and well appointed. Cleanliness throughout the place was faultless. The breakfasts were very well cooked and there is a large variety to choose...

We stayed at The Baytree for one week from August the 7th. Tucked away from the busy Avenue Road but still handy for the Seafront and all other areas, we can highly recommend it. Karen and Chris the owners were very friendly and only too pleased to help with anything they could. We were met by Chris at the door...
