Stayed at Norcliffe on a 4 night break. didnt no what to expect as some of the reviews wasnt good. Had a wonderful week i will certainly stay there again,the staff and management are very friendly if people want 5 star accommodation then stay in the Ritz.The food was hot at all times you have a choice of meal's the entertainment was great Nick the manager will also do bingo before the entertainment starts.

We spent a very enjoyable four days over the bank holiday weekend. The hotel was in a lovely position overlooking the sea opposite the cliff railway down to the beach. The rooms are basic, everything worked as it should, have comfy beds and clean showers with plenty of hot water. The food was excellent, home cooked with three choices each...

We went on 23 August stayed for 3 nights and have no complaints at all. We booked with Travelstyle, but drove down ourselves. It is a 2 star hotel, and for what we paid, I could not fault it. Went on the 12th August for 5 days with Travel style after a dreadful journey coming down, we just need a shower - but it didn't work that night or the rest of the week, we told we could use the shower in the spare room ! down one lot of stair and up another only to find a queue...

We have just stayed 8 Days with Nick and Karen at the Norcliffe Hotel and cannot believe that Jane stopped at this Hotel. The food which was cooked by the chef Steve was value for money anywhere. The waitresses Hannah, Gabby and the other lady (sorry forgot her name) served meals Quickly so your food was always hot and tasty...
