I stayed here overnight when going to a show at the Riviera Centre. Booked online through booking.com. When I checked in, was told that check-out time was 10am and breakfast (which was included) was served "until quarter to" so I assumed that meant 9:45am. It turned out that breakfast was served only from 8:30 to 9:15. On a Sunday!? Hardly...

Had a week at this hotel 23January on with Brent Thomas Coaches. Sleeping accommodation very dated but clean and compact with old type Television no remote and a shower that needed time for the hot water to come through (four minutes) works ok then. Food and choices were very good with service I would rate at a five well done...

Well this was our first coach holiday ever and reading previous negative reviews we were worried. However we have both stayed in very upmarket hotels but have never ever experienced such a friendly, clean comfortable hotel as this. Food superb, so much choice, waitress service so efficient and friendly. Manager so helpful on our rebooking of a larger room with...

Not the smartest hotel but clean warm and good food. The only downfalls was the water it was either on or off you had to grab a shower when you could and the hot water when it was on was absolutely boiling so anyone with children be aware. The other thing was the room the entertainment was in was far to small...

(Every other hotel we go to do) The hotel and bedrooms are very old and needs up dating a lot.. also was very cold all through..Needs modern tv's in...

Visited on a coach trip for Twixmas. Had a great time -food excellent and plentiful. Management provided extra Christmas touches and good entertainment. Our waitress,Maureen, was sooooooo speedy and efficient! The hotel is big and a little dated but very convenient for town centre and sea front.

Having read some of the reviews about Ashley Court, I was expecting a disaster of a Christmas, however, that was not the case. The hotel is dated and could definately do with a refurb, but for reviewers to say it was dirty is a downright lie. It was lovely and warm, the food was excellant, and plenty of it, the...

This has to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, and quite frankly it needs to be issued with a closure notice. Dirty, cold, dilapidated. We looked for the fire escape route plan when we arrived as we always do when staying in a hotel and couldn't find one. The long, twisting, uneven corridors would be problematic if...
