Family rooms are on the top floor, but you must go up 7 flights to get there, 8 if after Breakfast. They came across friendly but slightly 'fake'. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience, they didn't take it well when we told them we wanted to check out early because of the hinderance of the stairs and our young...

This review is nothing but utter lies written by a malicious and vindictive guest who left without paying her bill. There is more to this incident than we can discuss here. We do ask potential guests to read our other genuine reviews that reflect the quality of service that we offer. Kath and Roy Hamilton.

My husband and I spent five nights at The Patricia recently and were made to feel very welcome by Roy and Kath. The room was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was cooked beautifully to order. The location was excellent, just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Torquay and we were able to park behind the hotel.
