My husband and I stayed at the Patricia for 6 nights july 21
Well what can I say Rob and Donna are excellent hosts, friendly and informative happy to have a chat over breakfast with the guests and reccomend places to visit .
Rob cannot do enough to please the guests checking every day if you want to change anything of the delicious quality breakfast they offer for a very small cost.
the rooms are spotless and well stocked with tea coffee and biscuits plus a few little extras. Beds are comfortable and great quality bedding and linen. Rooms are cleaned and restocked daily if required
Highly recommend a visit to The Patricia I know we will be back when visiting Torquay again.
Thank you Rob and Donna for an excellent stay

We booked a last minute 2 night break at the Patricia. On arrival Rob was atthe front front door, What a Welcome. Lets do my review this way:-
Covid.... Rob & Donna are well up on their covid. Hand santizers at the entrance and donna & Rob always in their mask, even down to a 10 minute gap before arriving for breakfast so nobody passes each another (very impressed.
Room... First floor room/modern decor Extremley clean, In fact the whole building is sooo clean. Beautiful large towels, plenty of hot water. A great tea tray and not stingey on the offerings. Now the bed. We booked a twin and if i had my way i would of easily stayed in bed the whole two days. crisp white bedding. Breakfast was a treat and so hot and tasty and more or less is not a problem. Overall Rob & Donna were the host with the most..... we will be back for sure.

Joe and Lilly really make this booking they are so friendly and accomadating. They will tailor your breakfast from omelette to well done bacon. The rooms are kept so clean and if there even is a little rain there are umbrellas provided for your walks. The hotel even provide additional amenities on the landing such as coffee, milk and toilet roll to help yourself. Nothing is too much for Joe and Lilly they even have an iron and ironing board at hand. The area has everything beach down the road, arcade, bowling, pubs and nightlife there is a bit of everything for everyone all in walking distance. The bus stops right outside the hotel its 12.00 for 5 on the bus for a day pass and 6 each on the train which also passes the hotel. Planning on the cheap there is a kebab shop, bakery and pizza place and your convenience store for beer or snacks.

I cannot find fault The Patricia at all. Having stayed attached fair share of B&Bs and hotels I have to say that this venue is one of the best and well run I’ve been too in the UK. Lilly and Joe are friendly and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. We stayed in one of the first floor double rooms an and our kids stayed in a twin on the same floor. Both rooms were clean and tastefully decorated with spotless and well functioning en-suite shower rooms. Complete with tea facilities and complimentary water. Beds are comfortable with decent bedding and pillows. There is a communal roof terrace that is private and can become a bit of a sun trap. Breakfast was fantastic and well cooked with a choice of full English cooked by Joe and toast and cereal stations. Make sure you have a coffee in the morning also. A short walk will take you the beach front, Torre Abbey and grounds, park and Torquay station. Will definitely be staying again when we can get away. Thank you Lilly and show and keep up the good work.

눀 – We were welcomed on arrival by Rob who was down to earth. He was really helpful and explained everything to us. The room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable. We slept well every night. Breakfast was really nice, freshly made and not soaking in grease. Rob was there if we needed anything as well as his lovely wife Donna. Their B&B is a credit to them. We will definitely be returning! Thanks both you made our holiday! Leanne and Col xx

Myself and my partner stayed at “the patricia” for two nights, 23rd to 25th July. Well what a great choice I must say. Room was spotless, decor was fresh and modern, breakfast was faultless with a great choice. As for the hosts they couldn’t do enough for you. Lillya and joe are a lovely down to earth hosts, whom myself and my partner had great pleasure in making their acquaintance. They spent their time making us and other guests feel very welcome and comfortable. I would definitely go back and recommend the Patricia to all. Well done guys.
