Stayed here with a larger group of men for a stag do. The facilities were very good with good beds. The views in the area are fantastic, though the property is well out of the way down narrow roads. We enjoyed the house a lot and the surrounding area.

Great time had by all! Pete is an amazing host, nothing too much trouble! We arrived to an amazing cream tea (consumed within minutes!) and got settled in to our home (Pelham). Stunning views, great location for some brilliant beaches and towns. Loads of pubs within easy reach. The pool was warm and clean. The little park was great for... More

I went here a number of times with my family growing up. It is my determination to some day go back there again, (and again, and again). Fantastic setting, so many facilities, friendly owners, so quiet and very little light polution. Very relaxing. A home away from home. A must go! (I will be back!) Went July most years 2002-2011

We had a great week in Pelham house celebrating an 80th Birthday. The whole family enjoyed the spacious house and excellent facilities ( pool, tennis court, games room etc ). Everyone had a happy holiday from the 4 year old entertained by the toys thoughtfully provided in the house, to the 84 year old ( nearly! ). All ages in... More

Fabulous time. Cottage was clean & tidy enough space to get lost in. Pool was cool and great place for family fun. Small honesty shop which stocked loads of stuff, some of it completely unnecessary. Only problem was a bit remote for me! But didn't affect our break

Our first time at Pitt Farm with family and friends in very spacious and comfortable accommodation. The cream tea was very welcome when we arrived. We made use of all the facilities (table tennis, tennis, pool table and swimming pool). We had glorious weather and ate outside every evening, including two BBQ's. We enjoyed our trips to Overbeck House and... More

Pitt Farm is a collection of farm buildings converted into holiday homes. It is located south of the A381 in a quiet valley. Our property was Martingale, a very spacious 5 bedroom property on three floors, ideal for our party of 9. The owners are friendly and there if you need them. Property has all mod cons, dishwasher a boon... More

We've just returned from a week long stay at the cottages, we stayed in Kimblewick as we had a large group of 9, with ages from 4 years to 80+. On arrival we found a welcome pack including a bottle of wine and homemade scones (the nicest sight after a bit of a nightmare journey down!) Pete and Sue made... More

We stayed at Pitt Farm in the week prior to my daughter's wedding, and used all the cottages over the weekend of the wedding. What a perfect location. Pelham was the focus for all family gatherings, planning and preparations. Such fun. Pete and Sue were excellent hosts and incredibly supportive throughout. All the cottages are well set up and well... More
