We go to bournemouth quite a bit each year for shows at either the pavilion or BIC, and always used to book this b&b. Such cheap prices, good breakfast, friendly family staff members that I got to know abit after going so much, basic but clean comfy rooms & close to town and beach. Bargain ! Spoke to Neil the...

I stayed at Pinedale for 2 weeks last Summer and really enjoyed the experience. The staff were always friendly and I felt well looked after during the entire stay. The room was extremely reasonably priced and the breakfast each morning was excellent.

I loved this place. It was clean, friendly and cosy. Really well located. Breakfast was tasty. They were extremely accommodating of my change of plans (I ended up staying several extra days, and they went out of their way to ensure I didn't have to switch rooms). I don't know what other people expect for this price range. I will...

Excellent location, inexpensive and very helpful and friendly staff and management. Stayed for a week in July whilst attending an event at the Pavillion, Bournemouth which is very closeby. When I next return, I will stay at same place.

Retrospective review. I stayed in a single room during the Autumn at the top of the house. Due to the amount charged, I did not have high expectations. However, the room was spacious and there was a good cooked breakfast.

The hotel itself was exactly as expected based on the price but it was in a good location within walking distance of the beach, the town centre and Bournemouth live. My only complaint was that the curtains in my room were thin and let the morning light in which woke me up at 5am each morning I was there.

I stayed here for three nights whilst down in Bournemouth to visit friends. I initially chose this hotel because of it's price and location- very close to the town centre, and I can't really fault it at £30 a night. Like others have mentioned, the decor was basic and dated, and the rooms could do with a more thorough clean...

Not our usual hotel In Bournemouth but close to where we normally stay, a little disappointed with the size of the room {14} and you had to negotiate when to pass each other at the end of the bed, and the en-suite shower was very small and if you dropped the soap you could not bend down to pick it...

A lovely B&B, very warm welcome, this is a really nice family run bed and breakfast. All close to town centre with in walking distance we didn't use our car at all once there. Lots to choose from for breakfast nothing to much trouble. Will defiantly stay here again.

Conveniently located family run hotel. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms (we had #2 and #7) were clean, not too big, but that's quite normal in England. We enjoyed the breakfast as the staff asked what we want to have from the menu: e.g. cerials, muesli, sausages, beans, eggs, bacon, tomato, toast, coffee/tea. Orange juice was available...
