It was clean, the staff were very nice, the room comfortable, it was clean, the breakfast and dinner ok, well stocked bar oh and it was clean. Simply put, premier inn do what they do very well. Avoid room 306 it most definitely should not be considered as part of Premiers promise of a good night sleep. only problem was the parking arrangements, if you don't plan to pay £5 to park there for 24 hours, how do you check in and offload your luggage when u will be wheel clamped if you haven't paid to park. There is free parking in the side streets so you don't need to park in the grounds. In our case...

Room looks tired and it smells..no airconditioning only fans were available..the only good thing about the room was the bed can't fault it.. Breakfast staff were nice and polite. Overall it ok for the price.

The car parking is not big enough for the number of disabled guests and alternative car parking was dodgy and a long walk from hotel - not suitable if unable to walk long distances - cannot reserve disabled parking - reception staff rude about parking

This Premier Inn will have no air conditioning during the requested period due to the current units being replaced. Fans will be made available.
