The hotel was good value for the money. There is a lovely garden at the back of the hotel. However don´t expect to sit in it. I chose this hotel because of the garden due to the fact my family were coming from Hertfordshire for the week end. My four year old grandson has autism so sitting in the hotel...

Just got back from a dance break with friends, lovely ballroom good dance floor. Very friendly staff. All public rooms very nice, comfy chairs and sofas , bedrooms a little dated but comfortable beds and nice big fluffy towels provided. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Thoroughly enjoyed our break.

We stayed here for a couple of night to enjoy bournemouth. Friendly staff and cozy room. However the down side is the toilet we had is poorly designed and the towel rail/radiator is next to the toilet seat which means u can sit on the toilet properly as you will get burned. So we spent the next two nights take...

We have used this hotel on several occasions and have never been disappointed. It is a very reasonable priced hotel where the staff are very friendly the food is excellent and a clean environment. It is close to the beach and town centre.

Attended here for 4 days on a training course with work. The size of the is deceptive from the outside. It's actually a very large hotel. Staff are very friendly and could not be more helpful! The food was top notch! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner and I could not fault a single meal. It is a old hotel...

I went to this hotel last evening for a meeting with a number of colleagues. All of the staff I met were very friendly and could not do enough for you. The food they provided at the end of the evening was superb. The hotel itself was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

I have occasion to visit the Mayfair quite often, for Coffee, lunches and I organise a Coffee Morning. I find the staff (Carole in particular) extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere and they bend over backwards to make your dining experience good. I personally have never stayed in the hotel but...

Newly decorated, in 70s/80s style, giving a cheerful appearance to the inside. Lovely staff; very welcoming on reception. All serving staff were excellent; efficient, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They accepted my appearance with my own cafetiere of coffee with aplomb. Food excellent; coffee was abysmal, hence the cafetiere. Bedrooms and bathroom spotlessly clean if a little dated....

We stayed here as part of a Scottish country dancing weekend workshop. Access and parking were easy and the seafront is just ten minutes walk away- or even quicker from the bus stop outside. The hotel has been nicely redecorated and our room was clean, the bed comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom had a bathtub/shower...
