Came down for a weekend wedding elsewhere in Bournemouth. We where welcomed by the proprieter who showed us the highlights of Bournemouth and how to use the key etc, then up to a cute little room at the back of the property. Well decorated, big tv, tea and coffee facilities and a trouser press. Very close to the station and...

We stayed here for just one night. The hotel has all the amenities you could ask for. The WiFi works well. The bed was a bit rickety and the toilet could have been nicer. However All in all it was a lovely place

We arrived later than expected due to traffic and getting lost but The Ashleigh were very welcoming anyway. Me and my sister had the room near to the kitchen. Bed was comfy enough, nice view from our room. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for a short weekend away. Perfect for getting ready and going out...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights for long weekend. I was initially drawn in by the nice decor from the photos online as the rooms looked very modern and somewhat classy. I compared this with a Travelodge and it was roughly the same price but thought it would be nice to go somewhere more independent. We arrived...

Well a strange one this, so I will respond with honesty and let the public read everything as normal. When guests arrive we mention the internal bell if you need us and it is also in the information pack in the rooms and of course there is always the front door bell, so unsure how you could not find us....

Visited for a weekend in Bournemouth with my girlfriend. Hotel is well situated, close to the beach and railway station, as well as the Old Fire Station, the reason for our visit. Hotel and room were clean, light and airy. Staff were polite and helpful. Cannot fault it in any way, and lovely for a couple on a romantic getaway

Glad you had a nice time, and took the time to leave a review. We trust all our guests are happy fail sometimes (see reviews!) but most people return so we feel that's positive. Hope to see you again

So after reading some reviews on here I was a little wary but decided to book anyway and judge for myself. I'm glad I did !! Came away for a couple of nights with my boyfriend to relax and get away from the stresses of life. The ashleigh was perfect for this at a great price. We were greeted by...

Doing quite well this week with reviews (apart from one!) Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do try to get it right and most guests just return and do not leave reviews so we are always grateful when someone takes the time to leave one. I must admit I do like responding to the "keyboard...

This was booked for me by a colleague, so I had no idea what I was getting into, but I would trust their judgement again and again because I had such a pleasant stay! The room was clean and it was easily accessible, there was a lot of information about the place itself and the owners were so lovely. It's...

Our room was clean and bright, massive comfortable bed! We didn't have breakfast, but it smelt great! The Ashleigh is a little walk from the beach / centre, which was fine for us. Free parking at the hotel. Local shop opposite, which was very convenient. Reasonable price. I would stay here again.

Again someone who was kind enough to take the time to leave a review, thank you for that. Again I will say we do try to ensure guests are happy and appreciate a review, good and even bad if it's fair and try to improve on the good points and work harder on the bad. Again thank you for for...

We had a terrible experience with the rude owner when we arrived to find there was no parking. As well as angrily telling us that he doesn't need to give us a parking space (though one was advertised), he was arguing with others who were going into the hotel, and doing nothing while another hotel customer was smoking weed outside....

Well was waiting for this one!, as usual I will fill in the blanks. You arrived late in the evening the last to arrive at the Hotel, your partner knocked on the door and asked where to park, I explained that the car park was full and that there is free parking on the street, two minutes later a man...

I booked for myself and my partner to go to Bournemouth for two nights 17th June for his birthday however the event that I had booked alongside has now been postponed to a later date. Glad I could help with this one, sometimes I have guests wishing to cancel but have booked via an online agent with a non refund policy.
