We stayed here for 2 nights to see Frankie Valli at the BICC. We loved this little Boutique Hotel with only 13 rooms. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by Flo, the Duty Manager. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the town centre and beach with some nice restuarants within 200 metres....

Good stay overall, breakfast excellent, lovely lady. Found the room pretty basic and very small. If I had known how small they were I would have booked the other room, but nothing was mentioned when I booked several months ago, as we were celebrating my husbands birthday. Shower was pretty awful as too small, soap dish broken so nothing stayed...

We made a mistake: friends and family had raved about the chocolate hotel in Bournemouth, but we - rather naively - didn't anticipate there being 2 very similarly named venues? This one is not the plush, romantic place, with chocolate fountains in rooms (about which we had heard many a lovely story). It is rather a little place, with little...

I couldn't fault this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly faces. The lady at reception asked if we had been before and told us everything we needed to know, told us to help ourselves to the free chocolate and then showed us to our room. The room was lovely and clean and I fell in...

Room 11 has no en-suite but has a an excellent private shower room just opposite. Bath robes are provided. You need to OK with stairs...

This really is a lovely, charming little hotel. Perfectly placed for the front and only a short stroll to the BIC and park. The rooms were exceptional, huge beds and free chocolate! And a really good breakfast the next day with plenty of choice............including chocolate if you wanted it! We would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

This is a little quirky because of the chocolate theme. We were there for the location, which is excellent, 5 minutes from the cliffs and from town. Room was well appointed and comfortable but small. Free chocolate is a plus if you're interested. Slightly disappointed when damp towels were dried and I had to find a way to hang them...

Very friendly staff and nicely decorated clean rooms. Very good breakfast and the chocolates in our room were a nice touch. The location is very convenient for the BIC and Pavilion Theatre. There many good places to eat nearby and the beach is inly a short stroll. Very Good value for money.

Just two minor niggles in an otherwise perfect one night chocolate-themed family stay. One, on the bathroom cabinet (under the sink), one of the doors nearly came off in my hand as one of the hinges had broken or became detached. Two, the USB charge points on one side of the main bed (nearest the wardrobe) did not function. My...
