Stayed over the early May bank holiday. The hotel has been recently refurbished, and the room was light and very clean. Staff extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Only niggle was the water pressure of the shower which was low. However the water was hot and it did the job in the end! I would most certainly stay...

Not for the light sleeper! paper thin walls make it feel like all guests are in the same room together. Floorboards creak & you can hear other guests around you in the bathroom! The Constant electrical buzzing due to old air con units in hallways & bathrooms is not for me ....And to top it off its situated on a...

I stayed here for one night whilst on business in the area. I arrived mid-afternoon when there was plenty of space on the carpark but I noticed that it soon filled up and guests arriving later were struggling to find a space. check in was straight forward and the receptionist polite. I was given a spacious and very bright double...

The staff were lovely here but the room was awful. Peeling wall paper, cracks in the shower, mould on the walls, which made the room very over priced at £70. Luckily we were only here for one night to see a gig in the centre of the city, so it did the job for one night. Wouldnt go back though.

Just arrived to the receptionist who couldn't bother to even get up and greet us before running to the room saying over her shoulder it's not quite ready! Had she stood and explained we would have understood and waited as we were ( only) 15 mins early. We had asked for a bright and airy room on the booking as...

One night away with daughter . We stayed in room no21 it was comfortable, clean and beds were good with lovely fresh bedding and pillows. Bathroom was very small but suited us as we are not big people!! Older style building needing a few touches of love and care but solid walls made sure we were not disturbed by outside...

One day away in Bournemouth and we chose this Best Western for its location near to the town and the sea front. Hotel package was excellent value. The room was spacious, had reasonable wifi and the breakfast was great.

Stayed for weekend to meet up with friends. Hotel is small but rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable however the pillows are really flat and we had to fold them over. Big bathroom with soft towels. Breakfast is ok but cooked menu limited either full English or poached egg on half a muffin. The lounge area is nice...
