We stayed in a family room for a two nights whilst attending a function in the hotel. The staff were friendly, service amazing, attending to everything we needed. The food was excellent and good portion sizes. Rooms were clean, and had everything you could need to make the stay comfortable. We definitely stay again.

This hotel advertises itself as a four-star hotel, a rating which does not exist in the UK. It's a minute from the beach, and right across from the Bournemouth International Center, where my partner and I were attending a Bob Dylan concert. So the location was perfect. The hotel is a bit shabby chic; it could do with some renovating....

There are plenty of parking spaces on site, this was ideal as we...

Very courteous staff at checking in. Room had a lovely sea view. Quite a small room but adequate for sleeping. Our bathroom was very clean, could possibly be upgraded as the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. We eat in the bar and the food was delicious, staff again were very friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast...

My last review of our favourite hotel was a little negative and I am happy to withdraw it after our latest visit during Easter week. Main plaudits must go the staff who were genuinely friendly and happily helpful throughout our stay.Top marks to them. The Restaurant also scored well - a helpful and friendly maître d' and a chef at...
