Stayed here in June 2013 (I couldn't select that date from the options). We arrived in Bournemouth with no accomodation organised so went to the Tourist Info shop in town. Managed to get a room for 3 adults plus breakfast, I can't recall the cost but it was reasonable. The location was good, it was a 5-10 min walk down...

I am a single traveler staying at the Burley Court For work. The Burley Court is centrally located minutes from an ample array of restaurants bars and local beaches. On first impressions the hotel looks comfortable and inviting, with its smiling attentive reception staff and chic décor. This was also the case on first entering the room which was a...

Location is great. Booked the night before we went and got the room without breakfast for £45. Room was clean but very small shower/wc room smelt very damp. Window catch missing so couldn't be locked. OK if you just want somewhere to get your head down after a night out.

Paid £25 for a one night stay while in bournemouth on business. Very good value for money. The decor is very dated and may not be for everyone but what do you expect from a three star? The room itself was quite cold as there was only one small heater for a large room but this is the only con...

Last minute booking, £35 not including breakfast. Was wary due to price and having spent ages reading reviews of similarly priced hotels in the area. Positives: spacious free car park, easy to find, great location, very friendly and helpful staff, large room, very quiet (no noise heard from other guests, staff, road), good covering from curtains, comfortable bed, sheets and...

The bed was like a torture rack. Every move it squeaked and was very uncomfortable. The shower was useless, you would get more water out of a watering can. Only good thing was the location.Very disappointed, glad we did not book 2 nights.

We only stayed for one night, but on arrival we found the manager rude, I made a mistake on booking I forgot to put my one year old daughter on the booking, I was happy to pay for the extra cost. He said it would be okay but it was the way he spoke to us about it. The rest...

Thankfully staff are excellent, but management instructions strange, I travel quite frequently and haven't come across some of the directives given to the staff. The price I paid I suppose should have made me realise the down side of this operation, the room I occupied was clean although very old fashioned with an extension lead to facilitate oil heater eventually...

Building looks like its falling down, smells of a old grandmas house and looks like one too. Bathroom was falling apart, door would not lock, the loo would not flush. We were disturbed for room service even when putting do not disturb sign up. Had to change rooms first time as first room was just a bed and a tiny...
