It's hostel not a hotel, should be spelt hostel or hovel, if you want luxury go camping, honestly the worst place I have ever stayed, so much so I booked out almost straight away. The cold water left a brown stain in a white cup.. Surely something wrong there, the parking wasn't even wide enough to get a vehicle in,... More

No bar/lounge as advertised. No tea / coffee making facilities in room as advertised. Shower tray flooded. No toilet roll. Lift broken . Far too many intimidating people hanging around entrance at night. People walking around corridors all night. It would appear more people actually live here than are hotel guests. Horrible horrible place. Only stayed as airshow and everywhere... More

BEWARE - Fire Risk. Fire doors propped open throughout. Furniture/ mattresses in corridors, poor wiring. This is really a hostel/ Boarding House more than a Hotel. Sad because there are young families there who must be in difficult circumstances. I recently returned from a far east trip and Vietnam, Laos and other poorer countries managed to provide much safer, comfortable... More

The pics speak for themselves, I booked for 4 nights and lasted 1 painful hour. A night in a rubbish tip would have been more hygienic and more comfortable. When I said I'm not staying they asked if there was a problem 😂 I mean come on really. I had my money back minus 40 quid cancellation...... Perhaps the 40... More

I've just returned from a three month trip all across the USA and Southeast Asia. I have stayed in some dodgy motels in the States and one hideous location in Asia. However, the Manchester Hotel, Bournemouth - takes the biscuit as the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Rather than writing I shall itemise the points of concern for... More

Limited parking and most the staff didnt speak english and they couldnt find our booking at first. There is no fried breakfast and there is clutter and hazards in the corridors. There is free wifi and our room had a fridge , new carpet and a powerful shower though water was extremely hot. It was over priced for the standard,... More

Stayed here for two nights with two other friends, couldn't believe the state of the place we was put into. The floor and ceiling was filthy, the beds were damp and the room smelt of urine. Whilst going to unpack we found kfc rubbish inside, which was mouldy! They advertise "free breakfast" however, all they provide is a filthy kitchen... More

Absolutely disgusting, may be a cheap option but don't do it! First walked in and was put in another room because our PREBOOKED room was taken! The room we were then put in was isolated from the other rooms, down steep stairs (basically basement) and the stench of smoke was lingering before we even set foot in the room. The... More
