Simple, clean cosy good facilities, lovely owner, friendly staff and most importantly tolerant. Great location close to beach and good pubs. Great English breakfast in the morning not massive but sufficient. Toast, fruit and juice, a honesty bar in a nice comfy lounge area great for a staging area pre pub run, and a great price.

Definitely one of the best B&Bs I've stayed in. Scores highly on every front. Steph was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was great (good poached eggs!) in a nice dining room, bedroom was a nice size and presented beautifully, very quiet, lovely pillows & duvet, excellent location (5mins to beach!), nicely stocked honesty bar (mini proseccos!). All fabulous. We...

The Hedley Townhouse is absolutely gorgeous. I stayed there for two nights to do some walking in the local area. The owner is lovely (as is Lily the tiny furball) - nothing is too much trouble. All breakfasts home cooked to order, delicious and healthy. The entire place is spotless - and the décor is beautiful. I cannot recommend this...

Never been keen on the idea of staying in a B&B but this place has changed my mined. The Staff were friendly and helpful. My room and the communal areas were nicely decorated. Everything was very clean. The Location is great only a 5min walk to the beach. Lots of good restaurants close by.

We were immediately made to feel welcome and shown to a good size family room. Although we were concerned abour parking, the owner re-arranged cars nearby thus allowing us to park. A good night's sleep (no disturbance) followed by a lovely brekfast means we'll be coming back again.

Stayed here for 4 nights in July, Steph was lovely and very welcoming. The hotel is a beautiful refurbished townhouse close to the sea front (2 minute walk). The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of food and all freshly cooked. Would definitely recommend.
